fair vs. logic

the economic downturn has not only affected the smaller companies, we sort of feel the splash as well.

sometimes we question the things management do. sometimes we wonder what would be their rationale. where is the humane factor in making a decision? where would be a place to draw a line? does a blanket legal statement apply to ALL regardless of significant factors?

realizing this. i can only try my best to voice how i feel. and wish those affected all the best.
each one of us have to work extra hard. it's hard times. you have to be relevant to stay afloat i guess.
fight for your rights as much as your will power takes you.
and never leave everything to fate. sometimes your fate surprises you :)
the "biarlah" or "sabarlah" mentality has to change...
