thank God we finally reached home today.
so much to write about the trip. :) will do so once i recuperate from this exhaustion.
the weather there can get pretty hot and dry at about 48 degrees...

although we are happy to be home we are also sad with the loss of our Cookie. after fighting with bladder infection & kidney failure he died in his sleep 4 days ago under the care our our Vet. friend...and we didn't get to give him a last hug.

there goes the memories with a sweet loving cat. we love you, Cookie. we will miss having you waiting in front of the door each time we come home. we'll miss you when we're watching tv and you're not there sleeping on the carpet. we'll miss having you sleep on our feet while we read newspapers. we miss just playing with your fury tummy.
