when all stood still

sometimes i forget time is ticking. before i knew it months have lapsed.

2 friends called me up and visited the office yesterday. it's nice to have "visitors" at work. considering it's really slow in the office anyway.

anyhow - one friend - who just got back from overseas attachment was talking about the adjustment period back in kl and how he's glad to be home with his kids while he still strive for more overseas challenge.

and the other, who got back after 5 1/2 months sailing onboard, was busy talking about his wedding plans this june.

wow. and i was like - has it been that long since they i last met them?
has it been that long and i haven't done or achieved anything significant?
