the warmth you get in a cup

it's monday yet again. and i'm sitting at my desk trying to write a paper, with a mug of warm nescafe :)

the weekend in cherating was nice. except the part i didn't get a chance to swim at all. we hosted some orphans with some activities and watched the emotional moment when a 7 year old turtle was released to the sea. to wander the rough water on saturday evening. i hope he will survive being on his own and not have a back rub anymore...

oh no. a back rub sounds so good. maybe i should go to mak ton's for a body massage.
